Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?

Issue:
When using the compare feature on an external product source, you receive the following error:

Error in GetDynTextFld, filed = ''
Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

Cause:
One of the following fields were not mapped in the setup of the external product source in QuoteWerks: Cost, Price, Description, Manufacturer Part Number.

Solution:
Make sure the following fields at a minimum are mapped in the product source setup when using the compare feature: Cost, Price, Description, Manufacturer Part Number.

Build 11 of QuoteWerks rectifies this, but the cost will be 0.00 if the cost is not mapped.
