Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

Receive error similiar to "Error: SalesLogix Site Code ( ) was not found in the BranchOptions table."

Cause:

This can happen if at one time you had a SalesLogix sync server and now it has been removed / no longer exists.

Solution:

Go into the SalesLogix admin utility and specifiy a site code for the current SalesLogix location that you are at.
