Goldmine Integration Error - Invalid Datastream iHandle

Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When converting a document to an order and using GoldMine you receive an error message similiar to:

"Invalid Datastream iHandle was returned in SeekCompletedSaleRecordUsingDataStream()
Details:
[DataStream("query","SELECT RECID,REF,ACTVCODE,RESULTCODE,LOPRECID,NOTES FROM CONTHIST WHERE RECTYPE= 'S' AND REF LIKE 'Document #(Document Number) - Test%' AND ACCOUNTNO='(QuoteWerks Account #),Nat''','''',"[]","[]")]

Cause:
The DDE communication between QuoteWerks and Goldmine is timing out and returning the message.


Solution:
Change the DDE Timeout setting in QuoteWerks to a longer wait:
1. Click Tools > Options.
2. Select the Misc. tab.
3. Change the DDE timeout value from 300 (default) to 1000.
4. Log out of QuoteWerks and log back in for the settings to take effect.
