Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When trying to bring in information from QuickBooks (product lookup or linking) an error referencing Unrecognized QuickBooks Major Version Error appears.


Cause:
User has updated QuickBooks but not QuoteWerks


Solution:
Update QuoteWerks to the version that supports the new version of QuickBooks
