Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When exporting to QuickBooks, you receive the following:

Error in GetDynTextFld, filed = ''
Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

Cause:
If you have selected to use a QuoteWerks field to retrieve the Class Name and the QuoteWerks Field was left blank.

Solution:
On the Select Documents to Export to QuickBooks window (Tools-Export to QuickBooks), Click on the Setup Button. Then, select a Field to retrieve the Class Name from or elect to use a static Class from QuickBooks.
