Issue:
When saving an Opportunity in salesforce.com, not all of the stages are appearing.

Cause1:

- The "Closed/Won" status will display in the opportunity window when you use the File->Convert To Order Menu if the Probability Forecast Category of the stage is set to "Closed."

- The "Closed->Lost" status will display in the opportunity window when you use the File|Convert To Lost Sale Menu if the Probability Forecast Category of the stage is set to "Omitted."

- No stages can be set for the opportunity when you convert the document to an Invoice.

Solution1:
In order to be able to view certain stages when saving the opportunity, you must use the File->Convert To menu in QuoteWerks.




Cause2:
When requesting the list of stages from salesforce.com, QuoteWerks does not pass credential information. The stages that are not appearing may have special restrictions for certain users and groups.

Solution2:
In salesforce.com, do not place special user/group restrictions on stages.

Note: Stages are still being requested from salesforce.com.
