Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When working within the license manager (either adding a license or registering a license), a dialog message is returned that states

SQL Execute Error
QuoteWerks trapped error Operation must use an updateable query. (-214767259)
SQL=UPDATE MSysTables SET Licenses2='longstringofnumbersandletters'

Cause:

The user does not have sufficient Windows folder permission levels

Solution:

Please make sure that all users that need access to QuoteWerks have Full Control folder permissions set on the QuoteWerks Directory.

Note: This is NOT the same as Windows Administrator rights!
