Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Question:
My Version 3.0 native product databases are large what will happen when I upgrade to Version 4.0

Answer:
During the upgrade process the system verifies the file size of each native product database. Provided a native product database file size is greater than 2MB, the option to show all records by default is turned off.

Notes:
When the user opens the product database it will appear empty. To show all the products simply click Show All.

In order to set the product database to always show all products:

1.Products-Setup Product Sources
2.Select the Product Database and Click Edit
3.Click Next...Next....Next
4.Check the box for Show all products or services when product source is selected
5.Click Finish
