Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When running QuoteWerks, a Microsoft Office installer message appears saying "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office..."

Cause:

This is a known issue with Microsoft Office.

Please see Microsoft Knowledgebase article # 274473 :

Solution:

Solution A) Insert the the MS Office CD into the CD tray of the computer and let it install the components it is requesting

OR

Solution B) Follow the instructions from the Microsoft Knowledgebase article # 274473 above
