Receive a Runtime Error 52 when trying to Print

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When selecting the Print button on the Toolbar or going to File-Print, I receive a Runtime Error 52.

Cause:
The user in Windows does not have fullrights to the QuoteWerks directory and its subdirectories or the files in the Layouts directory are flagged as Read Only.

Solution:
Try Giving the user full rights in the QuoteWerks directory and also remove the Read Only Properties on all files in the QuoteWerks directory. This can quickly be accomplished from the Utilities-Remove Read Only Properties menu in the Medic Utility.
