Issue:
Runtime Error 28

Cause:
The {username}.ini file associated with this user has become corrupt.

Solution:
1. Close QuoteWerks
2. Navigate to the QuoteWerks directory on the local workstation or server.
3. Locate the {username}.ini associated with the user experiencing the issue.
4. Delete the {username}.ini file.
5. Launch QuoteWerks.
