Outlook - Sending E-mail and Stops

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
Sending e-mail and Outlook stops and produces an error.

Cause:
This usually happens when the Your Return E-mail Address in QuoteWerks under the Tools-My Preferences-Internet is blank or different from the Outlook e-mail address.

Solution:
Both need to be identical as this is one of the authentication methods that Outlook and QuoteWerks utilize.

Notes:
The error message is pretty generic and usually has a long string of numbers, but not much of a description.
