Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
There was an issue in the Build 35 release that caused formulas on print layouts to behave incorrectly. This includes formula fields and conditional fonts. Build 36 of QuoteWerks 3.0 resolves this issue.

1. Formulas used in the print and report layouts that used If-Then-Else statements would not work correctly when referring to a text value.
