Do I need to own Adobe Acrobat in order to create PDF formatted quotes?

Solution:
No, QuoteWerks has a built-in PDF generating feature. Under the ToolsMy Preferences menu, on the internet tab, choose PDF. Then, when you select FilePrint and click on the EMAIL button, the quote will be saved to a PDF file. Also, from the Print Preview window, you can choose the File Save As menu and choose to save the preview as a PDF file.

The PDF file format is an industry standard, that cannot be modified by the recipient, and can be viewed using free software. PDF files use compression technology resulting in smaller files which take less time to email.
