Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
Open search results are blank even though results have been found.

Cause:
There may be an issue with the specific users INI file.

Solution:
Open the user's INI file and remove the section that starts off with:

[OpenWindowGridSettings]

This will resolve the issue.
