Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 1
Issue:
Run time error '713':
Class not registered Looking for object with CLSID:{00000100-0000-0010-8000-00AA006D2EA4}

Cause:
This error occurs when there is an issue with the Microsoft Jet Database engine files on the workstation.

Solution:
Build 31 resolves the issue. You will need to update to at least this build of QuoteWerks 3.0 to resolve this issue.
