ACT! Error - Error creating Object

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
QuoteWerks has a problem interacting with ACT!, resulting in one of the following messages:

1. An Error -2147024770 when creating object

2. ACT! version "" is not recognized.

Cause:
The ACT! object is not registered.

Solution:
You can manually register the ACT! object. With no programs running:

1. Go to the Start Menu
2. Select Run
3. Type REGSVR32 "C:\Program Files\ACT\actole.dll"
(You will need to replace the ACT! path with the appropriate location of your ACT! installation)
4. Press OK
5. Reboot your workstation
