Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
Error regarding Oleaut32 or OlePro

Cause:
The minor versions are different.

Solution:
This error pertains to the Oleaut32.dll and the Olepro.dll files.

If you get an error referring to either of these files, you will need to verify that the minor versions are the same.

For example:

Oleaut32.dll 2.40.4518
Olepro32.dll 5.0.4518

As you can see, the 4518 or Minor Build Number is the same.
