Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
Run Time 75

Cause:
The user does not have full rights to the QuoteWerks Directory, there is insufficient disk space, or files in the QuoteWerks directory are Read Only.

Solution:
1. To perform a test, have the user navigate to the QuoteWerks directory. 2. Go to File-New
3. Select a New Text Document. Do they get an error? If they do, then they do not have rights.
