Question:
How do I allow users to make changes to each others documents?

Solution:
1. Select the Utilities-User Maintenance menu
2. Select a user name and click on the [Edit] button.
3. Select the Documents tab
4. Click change next to the view, modify, or delete documents box.
5. Add the appropriate user(s) or group(s) to each one.
6. Click OK and Close
