Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Question:
How do I only print the subtotal line items and remove the extended price for all other line items?

Solution:
1. Click on Print-Edit
2. Select the layout and click on edit
3. Delete the Extended Price field in the detail section 1.
4. Insert a formula field with the following formula:

.if.documentitems->linetype=4.then."$"+totext(documentitems->extendedprice,2).else.""
