Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Question:
How do I remove the gap in the border on the layout between multiple detail/page/report sections? (It is not currently possible to frame the entire quote in a border)

Solution:
1. Draw a vertical line, right click on it, and selected Format.
2. Choose vertical line and spanning line
3. Use this type of line on both the left and right sides in order to remove the gap.
