Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
The Peachtree tax code 'You are not allowed access to information in that file' has no tax authorities!

Cause:
This can occur if you did not specify a password or the password was specified incorrectly within the QuoteWerks Peachtree Setup.

Solution:
Specify or correct the password within the QuoteWerks Peachtree Setup.
