Question:
What is the Node Setup/Installation (NSETUP.EXE)?

Solution:
A full QuoteWerks installation is comprised of the shared files installation and the node installation. The shared files installation installs all the database files, print layouts, etc. The node installation only copies dll, ocx files, etc to the local windows directory, creates icons on the machine, updates the registry etc. In most cases, the node installation is only run separately from the main installation in a network environment for each workstation on the network. However, in cases where a user moves the QuoteWerks directory to a new machine that has never had the node installation run, the node installation must be run to copy all the dll, ocx files, etc to the local windows directory and to create the icons, etc.
