Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
Wrong picture is printing for an item, prices comparisons won't work, item is not working with bundle/configurator properly.

Cause:
The manufaturer's part numberis not unique in the product database.

Solution:
The parts cannot be used with the advanced product features like refreshing prices in the quote, price comparisons, bundles, pictures, configurations, required, optional, and substitute items if the manufacturer's part number is not unique.
