Issue:

I have created multiple quotes in a day for the same customer, (for example 3 quotes). Is there a way to send all the quotes together at the same time from QW?

Solution:

Although at this time, QuoteWerks can't generate multiple quotes and merge them into one QuoteWerks email, here is the workaround (using 3 quotes as the example):

- Press Print->Preview and then press the "Save As" button to save the first quote as a PDF document.

- Repeat the steps for the second quote

- On the 3rd quote, create the email in QuoteWerks as you normally would and then click the "Attach" button.

- Attach the first 2 documents and send your QuoteWerks email.
