Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?

Issue:
27110 ERROR_SMTP_CONNECT Unable to establish connection with server


An invalid smtp login name or password (if your smtp server requires it), or an invalid SMTP server name.

Solution
1. If you copy the smtp server name and return email address that you have setup in GoldMine from the user's GoldMine settings (under the Internet tab of the Edit-Preferences menu in GoldMine or your preferred contact manager, it should work fine.
