Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
E-Mail error 27134, "Mailbox is invalid or unavailable".

Cause
The return e-mail address specified is not recognized by the SMTP server that you have specified. This typically happens when specifying an SMTP server that does not host the return email address.

Solution
Verify the return e-mail address is hosted by the smtp server entered in Tools-My Preferences-Internet.
