Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
Runtime Error 3041, when connecting to database.

Cause:
QuoteWerks is unable to connect to the database.

Solution:
1. Shutdown all programs on the computer including virus checkers, instant messengers, pop-up blockers, and other programs in the system tray.
2. Navigate to the QuoteWerks directory.
3. Run nsetup.exe
