ACT! - Datalink Setup - DDE field name issues

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Cause:
QuoteWerks cannot retrieve ACT custom fields that have a space included in their name or some fields that have been renamed.

Solution:
1. Remove spaces from the ACT! field name.
2. If you rename a user field like User_5 in ACT to another name, you will still need to use the field name User_5 in order to have QuoteWerks be able to retrieve the information from that field.

Notes:

For example the ACT! field "2nd Contact" is referred to as Asst_1 when using DDE. nother example is the ACT! field "3rd Contact" is referred to as "Asst_2" when using DDE.
