Different Ways to Search

One of the great benefits to using a database-oriented quoting system like QuoteWerks is that all the quotes you've ever built are available to you. You can easily search for quotes, orders, and invoices by selecting the File -> Open menu or clicking on the button.

On the Open Document - Search window, there are many different ways to find the document you're looking for. You can easily limit the search to just your documents or documents you worked on today, or you can enter more advanced search criteria, such as any quotes by a particular sales rep that contain the phrase "Server" in the document name and were created after a particular date.

Data Analysis

Since your all your quotes, orders, and invoices are saved in the QuoteWerks database, you have  historical data of quotes you've won and lost, as well as which documents became orders and invoices. This gives you the ability to not only report on your data, but also take a closer look at your sales process.

If you have customers who order the same items from you on a regular basis, you can open a previous quote, refresh its items with latest/best pricing, and save it as a new quote with the current prices in minutes rather than having to recreate the entire quote from scratch.
