Creating or Updating a Follow-Up Call in ACT!
This feature will schedule a follow up call in ACT! By scheduling follow up calls, you increase your chances of closing the sale! The follow up call will be listed under the Activities tab in the ACT! opportunity. If you already have a call back scheduled for this quote, QuoteWerks will Display it so that you can modify it.
Create ACT! Call Activity
The Create ACT! Call Activity window will allow you to schedule a call for the contact from the opportunity or another contact on the account. You can set the date, time, duration, priority, add notes and an alarm before scheduling. You can also change the regarding field if you want to customize the call topic.
