QuoteWerks Creates/Updates attachments for salesforce.com opportunities:

When saving a quote, QuoteWerks automatically creates an attachment listing for the quote under the salesforce.com opportunity. When you are in salesforce.com, you can see the quote, and you can open it from within salesforce.com. Since the quote is uploaded as an attachment, any salesforce.com user including remote users can click in salesforce.com to open the quote, and the quote will be downloaded into QuoteWerks if the quote is not already in the users QuoteWerks installation.
QuoteWerks Creates/Updates opportunities in salesforce.com:

When saving a quote, QuoteWerks automatically creates an opportunity for the account. When you are in salesforce.com and select the opportunity, you will see the quote attached to the opportunity, and will see the history of the stages the quote has progressed through during the life of the opportunity.
QuoteWerks Creates/Updates "Closed Won" or "Closed Lost" opportunities in salesforce.com:

From within QuoteWerks you can close the opportunity as "Closed Won" or "Closed Lost" providing a very seamless integration.
