New Features - Build 6
 1. QuickBooks Desktop 2021 USA, Canada, and UK is now supported! [Service Release: 6.06]

 2. SugarCRM 10.2 is now supported! [Service Release: 6.06]

 3. ConnectWise 2020.3 is now supported! [Service Release: 6.06]

 4. For ConnectWise Manage Users, in the ConnectWise Manage Settings in QuoteWerks, you can default the Source when QuoteWerks Creates a new ConnectWise Service Ticket. If the setting is left blank, the default Source in ConnectWise Manage will be used when creating a Service Ticket. When creating the Service Ticket, there is a drop down for the Source that can still be manually changed. [Service Release: 6.06]

 5. For ConnectWise Manage users, on the ConnectWise Manage setup window, there is an option to set the 'Status' for new purchase orders created by QuoteWerks in ConnectWise Manage. If the setting is left blank, the default status in ConnectWise will be used. If no Default is setup in ConnectWise, 'New' will be set as the PO Status. [Service Release: 6.06]

 6. For ConnectWise Manage Users, when QuoteWerks creates a new catalog item (product) in ConnectWise Manage, the Vendor and Vendor Name will now be populated if populated in the QuoteWerks line item. This feature is available in ConnectWise Manage 2020.1 and higher. [Service Release: 6.06]

 7. For ConnectWise Manage Users, in the ConnectWise Manage Setup in QuoteWerks, when on a Mapping Window, lists of the mappings can now be copied to the Windows Clipboard. If you double click on the left column header, you will be prompted if you want to copy the mapped pairs to the clipboard. If you double click on the right column header, you will be prompted if you want to copy all of the available mappings to the clipboard. Copying the available mappings to the clipboard is helpful, because you can use this data to import into F2 Lookup values including the ItemType in QuoteWerks. [Service Release: 6.06]

 8. For ConnectWise Manage Users, the QuoteWerks PreparedBy Field can now be mapped to the ConnectWise Inside Sales Rep field when Creating/updating a ConnectWise Manage Opportunity. There is an option to enable/disable this functionality in the ConnectWise Setup in QuoteWerks. [Service Release: 6.06]

 9. For ConnectWise Manage users, there is a new option in the ConnectWise Manage Setup in QuoteWerks 'Rename ConnectWise Opportunity When QuoteWerks Document is Renamed'. When this option is enabled, whenever the document in QuoteWerks is renamed, the Opportunity in ConnectWise Manage will also be renamed. [Service Release: 6.06]

 10. For ConnectWise Manage Users, on the ConnectWise Manage Setup in QuoteWerks, under the 'Purchasing' section, a label will now display if the instance of ConnectWise Manage has the Purchasing Module enabled. This is helpful because if you do not have the ConnectWise Manage Purchasing Module, you will not be able to create purchase orders in ConnectWise Manage. [Service Release: 6.06]

 11. For QuickBooks Online Users, there is a new setup option for when "If the Customer Does Not Exist" to Prompt to Create or just to Create. [Service Release: 6.06]

 12. QuickBooks Online Users, there is a new setup option for PO Item Billable Status. The options are 'Billable', 'NotBillable', and 'HasBeenBilled'. The default setting will be 'NotBillable'. [Service Release: 6.06]

 13. Normally when clicking into a Document Items grid cell, the entire contents of the cell will be selected. Now, if you hold down the CTRL key while clicking in the cell, it will not select the entire contents of the cell and it will position the cursor in the cell where you clicked. [Service Release: 6.06]

 14. On the Product Lookup window when clicking on a Product Data Source, and pressing a letter, it will cycle through selecting the Product Data source that start with that letter with each repeated keypress of the same letter. [Service Release: 6.06]

 15. The View->Associated Documents window, now includes the "Superseded" column and is wider. [Service Release: 6.06]

 16. On the Document Items tab of Tools->Options, added option "When setting item as Recurring default to 'Include First Payment in Document Total'" [Service Release: 6.06]

 17. When previewing a document (not a management report) and choosing to Attach to CRM, the Enter File Name dialog will now create a default file name int he same way it does when doing a Save as PDF from the Print window. [Service Release: 6.06]

 18. For Tech Data Online ordering users, new Reseller My Order Tracker notifications of "Sales Review", "Credit Review", "Backorder", and "New Estimated Ship Date" are now supported! The defaults for these events can be set on the MyOrderTracker tab of the Tech Data Online Ordering Options Setup window. [Service Release: 6.06]

Misc Features - Build 6
 1. For QuickBooks Online Users, the Shipping Address on the QuickBooks Online PO will now contain more detail. [Service Release: 6.06]

 2. Changed all references of "Computer 2000" to "Tech Data". [Service Release: 6.06]

 3. For ConnectWise Manage Users, on the ConnectWise Manage Setup window in QuoteWerks, there is a new 'Service Tickets & Projects' tab. The Service Ticket and Project related settings from the 'Settings' Tab have been moved to this new tab. [Service Release: 6.06]

 4. Moved setting "When 'Adding Items to a Group, default HidePrice to yes'" from Misc tab to Document Items tab of Tools->Options. [Service Release: 6.06]

 5. Under Tools->Options, you can now access the QuoteValet and QuoteWerks Web tabs if you do not have MasterRights, however MasterRights is still required to change/access the Enable or setup controls. [Service Release: 6.06]

 6. When entering a Redemption Code, any errant CR, LF, or space characters will be removed. [Service Release: 6.06]

 7. For SYNNEX realtime Pricing & Availability users, added support for relocated warehouse from "Richardson, TX" to Garland, TX". [Service Release: 6.06]

Fixes - Build 6
 1. For Kaseya BMS Users, when converting a Quote to an Order/Invoice in QuoteWerks, the DTF file on the Kaseya BMS Opportunity was not being updated. [Service Release: 6.06]

 2. For Ingram Micro Users in USA, when using the Quote importer, Ingram Micro would sometimes return a false negative success. [Service Release: 6.06]

 3. For Salesforce users, when updating an existing call, the Assigned To user selected for the combobox was not correct. [Service Release: 6.06]

 4. For Salesforce users, the DataLink fields were case sensitive and if the field names did not match, an error value would be used when the field was populated. [Service Release: 6.06]

 5. For Salesforce users, if an apostrophe was in the document name when saving the Opportunity in QuoteWerks, you would receive an error. [Service Release: 6.06]

 6. For Autotask users, the tax rate DataLink would not populate a value unless it was the first DataLink being used. [Service Release: 6.06]

 7. For MS CRM users, if an Opportunity is updated from QuoteWerks and the Quote had a negative value, the Opportunity revenue field will now show a positive value. [Service Release: 6.06]

 8. For Kaseya BMS Users, when searching for Kaseya BMS Products in QuoteWerks, if a Kaseya BMS product had bad data (Null Values) in a field, an error would be returned and no products would be displayed. [Service Release: 6.06]

 9. For QuickBooks Online Users, if there was a problem with the Access Token returned from the Content Server, QuoteWerks would crash when initializing the object. [Service Release: 6.06]

 10. For QuickBooks Online Users, the Vendor PO Email address would not be brought over from QuoteWerks to the PO in some instances. [Service Release: 6.06]

 11. For Zoho users, the DataLink fields were case sensitive and if the field names did not match, an error value would be used when the field was populated. [Service Release: 6.06]

 12. For Maximizer Online users, the DataLink fields were case sensitive and if the field names did not match, an error value would be used when the field was populated. [Service Release: 6.06]

 14. For ConnectWise Manage Users, when exporting a Purchase Order to ConnectWise Manage, if the PO Number already exists in ConnectWise, you will be prompted to change the PO Number or cancel the export of the Purchase Order to ConnectWise Manage. [Service Release: 6.06]

 15. For ConnectWise Manage users, when using the ConnectWise Catalog items as a product source in QuoteWerks, if the ConnectWise item had non-ascii characters (funky characters), the product would not be usable by QuoteWerks. [Service Release: 6.06]

 16. For Maximizer CRM users, when updating an existing Opportunity, if the 'Update Opportunity Name with Document Name' option was unchecked it was still updating the Maximizer CRM Opportunity name with the QuoteWerks quote name. Now it will not, and it will also now show the existing Opportunity name from the Maximizer CRM Opportunity in the Create/Update Opportunity window. [Service Release: 6.06]

 17. For Zoho users, when updating an existing Deal, if the 'Update Deal Name with Document Name' option was unchecked it was still updating the Zoho Deal name with the QuoteWerks quote name. Now it will not, and it will also now show the existing Deal name from the Zoho Deal in the Create/Update Deal window. [Service Release: 6.06]

 18. For MS CRM users, when updating an existing Opportunity, if the 'Update Opportunity Name with Document Name' option was unchecked it was still updating the MSCRM Opportunity name with the QuoteWerks quote name. Now it will not, and it will also now show the existing Opportunity name from the MS CRM Opportunity in the Create/Update Opportunity window. [Service Release: 6.06]

 19. For Salesforce users, when updating an existing Opportunity, if the 'Update Opportunity Name with Document Name' option was unchecked it was still updating the Salesforce Opportunity name with the QuoteWerks quote name. Now it will not, and it will also now show the existing Opportunity name from the Salesforce Opportunity in the Create/Update Opportunity window. [Service Release: 6.06]

 20. For Zoho CRM users, when exporting a document to QuickBooks would receive 'getactivesheet' error, then a runtime 9 error. [Service Release: 6.06]

 21. When using QuoteWerks as your CRM, when a contact was retrieved into the quote, the SoldToPriceProfile would be set, but the prices in the quote would not be updated based on this SoldToPriceProfile. [Service Release: 6.06]

 22. On the Purchase Orders tab of the Purchasing window, the PO Items display area would not render if the VendorPartNumber contained an ampersand character. [Service Release: 6.06]
