QuoteWerks enables you to manage the security of your data.  Security features are especially important in multi-user network installations, and also in remote installations such as installations on laptops.  The QuoteWerks administrator can specify who can view, modify, and delete each salesperson's quotes.
 
The QuoteWerks administrator can also  specify individual access rights for each user to limit their ability to perform tasks like deleting products from the product database, modifying print layouts, and many more.  These security rights are centrally maintained, and can also be enforced on laptop installations of QuoteWerks.
