This section takes you through using the Kaseya BMS Integration in QuoteWerks. This will show you how to pull Kaseya BMS customer records into sales quotes, create Kaseya BMS opportunities, and more.

Most of the features described in this topic's sub-topics require that you've already pulled the account/contact information into the Sold to / Ship to tab of the Quote Workbook.

Note:When this is done, the Kaseya BMS account number embeds into the quote. QuoteWerks uses this account number to write information back to Kaseya BMS.

Note:Writing information to Kaseya BMS requires that you have access to Kaseya BMS. If you are running QuoteWerks, but do not have access to Kaseya BMS, you will not be able to write information back to Kaseya BMS.
