Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Such referral fees are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. This referral program is organized by Aspire Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter “Company”), with a place of business at, 4901 Vineland Rd Suite 250 Orlando, Florida 32811. The program is designed to help expand the QuoteWerks customer base.
  2. This program is valid in the United States only. Submissions containing participants (referring party or referred party) outside the United States are not eligible without prior written approval.
  3. Eligible Referral Products shall be limited to QuoteWerks Professional and QuoteWerks Corporate Editions. All referrals are subject to review and acceptance by Company.
  4. Referred Party Eligibility
    • Referred party must purchase within 180 days of the referral submission.
    • Referred party must not have engaged in Communication with Company within 90 days of referral submission date by you.
    • Company must not already be engaging Referred Party for the purcpose of initial QuoteWerks purchase.
    • Referred party must not have been submitted to Company by another party.
  5. If your Referred Party leads to a closed/won transaction, upon receipt of the prospects initial payment, you will be eligible to receive up to $250 based on the following schedule. If the prospect buys 1 license of the eligible product(s), Company will pay out $100. If the prospect buys 2 licenses of the eligible product(s), Company will pay out $150. If the prospect buys 3 or more licenses of the eligible product(s), Company will pay out $250. Company reserves the right to substitute a prize (of equal or greater value) at any time for any reason.
  6. Employees (Current or Former) of Aspire Technologies, Inc. or any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Employees of Registered QuoteWerks Resellers or Distributors are not eligible to participate.
  7. Subsequent sales of software, product, or services to the Prospect shall not be subject to a referral fee.
  8. The Company shall pay You within ninety (90) days of the Referred party purchasing QuoteWerks per the terms of the program.
