The following feature was added in QuoteWerks 4.9 Build 1 that was released on 10/08/2013.

When creating a new quote and selecting the contact you are creating the quote for, any active quotes for that contact will automatically be displayed in the Active Quotes Panel.

Since the list of active quotes is automatically displayed, it is easy to see if a colleague has already created the quote that the prospect is asking for.

We actually created this solution for our own needs here at QuoteWerks having multiple sales team members covering the same territory.

Often, a customer would request a quote, lose track of it, then email another sales team member asking for the same quote. This Active Quotes panel enables any of the sales team members to easily determine if there is already an existing quote that they could just update and re-send out.
