PDF Generator - Printer Name is Invalid, then debug install errors

Issue:

When trying to create a PDF from QuoteWerks, user receives message:

"Error initializing CDINTF PDF Generator: The printer name is invalid."

Reinstall of PDF Generator using the QWPDFIntSetup file appears to go through fine, but error persists. Running reinstall using Install "PDF Generator in Debug Mode" through the Medic Utility results in:

Error Code: 2
The system cannot find the file specified.

Error Code: 1797
The printer driver is unknown.

Cause:

There is one or more missing files in the QuoteWerks folder that pertain to the PDF Generator.

Solution:

Check the QuoteWerks folder for the following files:

acfpdfu.dll
acfpdfui.dll
acfpdf.txt
cdintf.dll

If any are missing, the files can be pulled from a different installation of QuoteWerks or technical support can send a copy of the missing file or files. Once all files are present, rerunning the debug install should result in a successful PDF Generator installation.
