Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When changing the price modifier, the unit/extended price is set to zero (0).

Cause:
The Price Modifier can be based off of the Cost or the List. If your Price Modifier (P or M) is based off of your Cost and the Cost is 0, then your Price will be as well. Likewise, if your Price Modifier (D) is based off of your List and the List is 0, then your Price will be as well.
