Issue:

When trying to get a Real-Time price update, the following error occurs:

There was an error loading the xml results from Ingram Micro into MSXML

Cause:

MSXML 3 and earlier has two methods it can be installed in. Replace mode and side-by-side mode

Solution:

Using a MS utility called xmlinst.exe, you can remove all references to versions of MSXML 3 and earlier, then re-register/reinstall msxml3.dll.
