How do I obtain the Ingram Micro FTP login ID?

Solution:

If an Ingram Micro customer needs a FTP file set-up they need to make a formal request to electronic.services@ingrammicro.com with the following information:

(1) IngramMicro account number
(2) company name
(3) contact name
(4) e-mail
(5) phone number
