Synchronizing - Error - Remote and Master Installaton are not on the same build version

Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When synchronizing with the Master Installation via a One-Step Synch Profile you erroneously receive the following error message:

Synchronization process or portions of the process failed. Error 2
Details:
Remote and Master Installaton are not on the same build version
Master install ([PATH]) Build Number = [BLANK]
Remote install ([PATH]) Build Number = [CURRENT BUILD NUMBER]


Cause:
The Master QuoteWerks folder your attempting to synchronize with cannot found. The folder has possibly been moved or if you're Remote possibly the VPN connection, etc. is not working correctly.


Solution:
If the folder has been moved re-setup the One-Step Synch Profile to point to the new location. If it's a VPN/Networking issue resolve this and then try synchronizing again.
