Error While Importing XML File Not Generated by QuoteWerks

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When importing an XML file not generated by QuoteWerks, the following error is received:

SQL Execute Error
QuoteWerks trapped error String or Binary Data would be truncated (-2147217833)
SQL=SET NOCOUNT ON; INSERT INTO DocumentHeaders(.....)

Cause:
The XML data contains fields that exceed the lengths of QuoteWerks fields.

Solution:
If you are experienced in working with SQL or Access Databases, you can open the DOCS.MDB file or the SQL DocumentItems or DocumentHeadersTables to find out field lengths. It is suggested that you make a backup copy of the QuoteWerks database/table before doing this.
