Issue:
When Linking to QuickBooks as a Product Source, the Items are incorrectly flagged as non-taxable.

Cause:
In the QuickBooks link setup, the "I do not charge Tax" is selected.

Solution:
In the QuickBooks link setup (Tools-Export to QuickBooks - Setup), go to the Tax tab, uncheck the "I do not charge Tax" box and setup your taxe options appropriately.
