Layouts - Users Cannot See All Print Layouts

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

I am having a problem allowing another use to access and use a custom print layout I created. The layout is available to print when logged in as Administrator, but can’t it does not appear in anyone else’s print options


Cause:

This can occur due to QuoteWerks User Rights settings, not checking the "Display All Layout Types" checkbox, or the user(s) may not have Full Control folder permissions to the QuoteWerks directory.


Solutions:

1. Click the Print Button to open the Print Document Window. There you will see a checkbox labeled "Display All Layout Types."

2. If number 1 does not resolve this, select Utilities->User Maintenance and Edit one of your users to see if the permission "CannotDisplayAllLayouts" has not been checked.

Note: QuoteWerks requires that all users have Full Control folder permissions to the QuoteWerks directory. (This is not the same as Windows Admin rights!)
