User Maintenance - Restricting Edit Menu Access

Issue:
When setting access rights under User Maintenance (Utilities > User Maintenance) there is an option to remove the Edit Menu from the user's available menus. Even if access to this menu is restricted, the user can still right click within the Document Items tab and have all Edit Menu items available to select.


Cause:
The right-click funtionality within the QuoteWerks Document Items tab is not subject to restriction when removing access to the Edit Menu.


Solution:
Even though a user can make use of the various Edit Menu options by right-clicking, none of the changes will be available if the user does not have the rights to save the document. These can be restricted under the Menus Tab (File Menu options) when editing a user's rights under User Maintenance.
