Issue:

When Exporting an Invoice From QuoteWerks to QuickBooks the Following Error Occurred:

ErrorCode: 3060
Severity: Error
Description: There was an error when converting the quantity "1" in the field "item quantity", QuickBooks error message: You cannot set the quantity for items of this type.


Cause:
The item was set to an improper item type.

An example of this would be if you had an item in QuoteWerks called Promotion. If Promotion in QuickBooks is set as a Discount Line type, you can not have a Quantity associated with this line type. QuoteWerks should not be linked to Discount items except for Percent Charge Line Items.

Solution:
Product/Service Line items in QuoteWerks should not be linked to Discount Item Types in QuickBooks.
