Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

"Fault Code (1248). attachment data exceeded maximum size"

Primary Cause:

User is using a Demo Copy of SalesForce.com

Secondary Cause:

If user is not using a demo company, then they may have genuinely exceeded storage limitations. User will need to contact Salesforce.com to verify the amount of storage they are currently using.
