Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

Run-time error '374':

Failed to activate control 'VB.UserControl'. This control may be incompatible with your application. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

Solution:

- Close all programs on the computer. (i.e., QuoteWerks, chat programs, firewall, antivirus)

- Browse to your QuoteWerks directory

- Locate the file named nsetup.exe (or NSetup.exe) and double-click it

- Follow the prompts and reboot your machine.

- Fix on Terminal Server was to rename the user profile folders to be something similar to:

username.domain/servername.old
username.old

Then have the user log back into the Terminal Server which will recreate the profile folders and the issue should be resolved.
